The story of the Koren Inn begins in 1991, when a simple farmstay came to life on the banks of the Krka River, under the guidance of Jožica and Zoran Škoda.
At first, it was a house with an open door—for locals, hikers, fishermen, and passing travelers who came for a warm conversation, a glass of wine, and an authentic home-cooked meal. Over the years, the name “Koren” has become ingrained in people’s minds as a symbol of homeliness, hard work, and a good heart.
